Gorbachev meets Labour leader

Senior Kremlin leader Mikhail Gorbachev had lunch with Labour Party leader Neil Kinnock Wednesday after staying away from a Soviet delegation's visit to lay a wreath at the grave of Karl Marx, the father of communism.

As the Soviets laid the wreath at Highgate Cemetery in north London, where Marx is buried, a group of women protesters shouted slogans against the Soviet secret police.
