Surely, this year, enough of us will hear, enough of us will see the little people running from bush to tree to escape the gunning of the profiteer - Surely, soon, enough of us will realize that war is far too rough to really civilize or convince anyone, and, if peace is to be won, we need something more than wars, to end war: a phenomenon - a pause, a sweet caprice for - or an era of - peace.
