VIETNAM SIGNALS EARLY PULLOUT FROM CAMBODIA

Vietnam announced Wednesday it would withdraw all its troops from Cambodia by the end of September and invited India, Poland, and Canada to supervise the withdrawal. A Vietnamese statement carried by the Cambodian news agency called on China and other nations to stop support for Cambodian guerrillas by that date and said this cessation of aid should be monitored.
