HANDGUN BILL IS CONSIDERED IN FLORIDA

State lawmakers are considering a bill to make leaving a firearm accessible to a child a crime after a third Florida child died this month because of an accident involving children playing with handguns. The bill will be voted on during a three-day special session beginning this week.
