THURSDAY Songwriters Hall of Fame 20th Anniversary (CBS, 9-11 p.m.): Dick Clark and Anita Baker play host to a gala from Radio City Music Hall, featuring pop, soul, jazz, and Broadway singers who range from Patti LaBelle to Anthony Newley, together with a flock of composers. FRIDAY Evening at Pops (PBS, 9-10 p.m.): With yet another anniversary, John Williams and the Boston Pops orchestra celebrate 20 years of telecasts. Guests include Art Buchwald (providing his own witty narration for ``Carnival of the Animals''), Roberta Peters, Robert Merrill, the Paratore Brothers, and Victor Borge.

SUNDAY Wimbledon Preview (NBC, 3-4 p.m.): Rod Laver, Boris Becker, Andre Agassi, and Martina Navratilova are among the players chatting about this year's All England Tennis Championships, which start July 1 at Wimbledon.

Treasure Island (TBS cable, 7-9 p.m.): Premi`ere of the colorized version of the 1934 film starring Jackie Cooper and Wallace Beery.

TUESDAY Circus of the Stars (CBS, 9-11 p.m.): Bea Arthur and Martin Mull are the ringmasters as Mary Hart, Harvey Korman, and two dozen other TV personalities test their aptitude for circus feats.
