On the Home Forum, we usually print stories about artists who have `made it' - are actually making a living at their art. Not much is written about the daily struggle of individual artists to become recognized, or of museums and galleries to present and promote worthy art. Today, we begin a two-part series by Daniel Grant that gives a picture of the enormous challenges that confront both artists and museums in the presentation of art.
