Printed comments of the judges note: ``good use of corners, water, forcing of trees; the placement of stones was good.'' Cornered by winter, I note ragged blossoms, remember water spilling over boulders, new growth in the woods.

Planning for spring, I think where to put my hope's bright colors, petals floated on another year's warm air.
