SEABROOK OPERATING AT FULL-POWER

Seabrook Station nuclear power plant officially began regular full-power operation Sunday as New England's newest electrical generating facility. Officials of New Hampshire Yankee, the plant's operator, said the plant would help offset the region's heavy reliance on foreign oil.

Operators Friday night successfully completed a ``warranty run'' of the plant's reactor - the final phase in the startup testing program that began March 20.
