Live From Lincoln Center (PBS, 2-5 p.m., E.T.): ``The Mozart Bicentennial Birthday Serenade'' manages simultaneously to mark the composer's death in 1791 and his 235th birthday. The first of more than 500 Mozart-related events slated for Lincoln Center through August 1992, it re-creates a concert program the composer himself presented in 1783. Zubin Mehta leads members of two orchestras and an impressive list of soloists. Hugh Downs is host.

Super Bowl XXV (ABC, 6 p.m., E.T., to conclusion): The 25th anniversary of TV's most-watched sports event finds the National and American Conference champions facing off in the classic contest carried live from Tampa Stadium.

MONDAY

Which Way Home (TNT, 8-11 p.m.): Cybill Shepherd takes on an untypical role: an American nurse who tries to rescue seven orphans from the turmoil and violence of Cambodia. Shot on location in Thailand, New Zealand, and Australia, the action-adventure tale involves bombs, pirates, Southeast Asian politics, and a pragmatic charter-boat captain.

WEDNESDAY

The Movie Awards (CBS, 9-11 p.m., E.T.): Filmgoers did the voting in this contest, whose winners will be announced in a live special hosted by Robert Townsend and Kirstie Alley. Top nominees: ``Home Alone,'' ``Edward Scissorhands,'' and ``Die Hard 2.''
