Groups and Gatherings

I like assemblages: a murder of crows, a husk of hares, a kindle of kittens, a muster of peacocks, a skein of geese - when they are in flight - a sleuth of bears, an exaltation of larks.

And although that list does not include them, at certain times: a hero's welcome, an opening, a celebration, a tribute - an exaltation, too, of people.
