* London is the most expensive European city for the business traveler, according to a survey of 25 cities by Runzheimer International's consulting services division in Northbrook, Ill.Based on the cost of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and overnight lodging for the single business traveler, London costs $363 per day. Paris is next at $332, followed by Stockholm, $313. At the other end of the price spectrum is Budapest at only $143 for meals and lodging. Lisbon is second least costly at $191, and Munich third with $204.
