CORRECTION COCorrection for 7/23/92

The chart on Page 6 of the July 23 edition incorrectly labeled public-sector debt in Greece and Portugal for 1985 and 1990. The correct figures for Greece were 68 percent of gross domestic product in 1985 and 109 percent of GDP for 1990. The respective figures for Portugal should have been 70 and 68 percent.
