VEGETABLES: Vegetable pudding, mixed vegetables SALAD: Lentils in sauce, shiitake salad, endive with blue cheese, Alsatian salad, salad bar RICE: Paella PASTA: Spaghetti with two sauces, pesto noodles, lasagne EGGS: Hard-boiled eggs with mushrooms GRILLED MEATS: Hamburger, ribeye steak, roast turkey FISH: Fish stew, filet of sole GARNISHES: Mashed potatoes, eggplant with tomatoes and onions Fresh fruit and fruit juices are available at all meals; ice cream is the main dessert item.
