CORRECTION

An essay that ran on the Home Forum page on Aug. 14, "Breakfast Over Easy at Rudy's," featured a Maine restaurant that is no longer in existence. The story was drawn from the author's memories, but the narrative did not make clear that it was a reminiscence. The restaurant that is currently on the site described is under new management and bears a different name.
