Belgium: Senate vote scheduled for October. Britain: Parliament ratification vote likely to be delayed. Denmark: Voters narrowly rejected the accord June 2. France: Voters narrowly approved accord on Sunday. Germany: Awaiting parliamentary debate in early October. Greece: Parliament ratified treaty on Aug. 1. Ireland: Voters approved the accord on June 18. Italy: Senate approved the treaty Thursday. Now awaiting Chamber of Deputies vote. Luxembourg: Parliament approved treaty on July 2. The Netherlands: Government submitted treaty to Parliament on June 3. Portugal: Treaty due to go to Parliament in October. Spain: Parliament to consider treaty in December.
