A press release from Capital Marketing Solutions announces what it says is the first "900" number for pay-per-call public-relations service.
Patricia Bario, who was deputy press secretary to President Carter and now heads her own firm, says entrepreneurs, small firms, and organizations that think hiring a PR agency is too expensive can call the 900 number (820-8690) at $3 a minute for advice.
