Claris Corporation figures Bill Clinton's election victory has given it something to crow about.

In a press release, Claris quotes Janet Handal, Clinton campaign technology strategist, as saying that FileMaker Pro database management software used in personal computers was a key part of Clinton's successful "rapid response" satellite team that gave the Arkansas governor an advantage over his political opponents.

"Our entire campaign team was comfortable with technology," she said.
