TOMMY TUNE'S `SONG & DANCE ACT'

Dancer and choreographer Tommy Tune brought his patented dance steps to Broadway in "Tommy Tune Tonite!" modestly subtitled "A Song & Dance Act," which just finished an engagement at the Gershwin Theater.

The tall, lanky dancer has earned comparisons with Fred Astaire, and was last on Broadway in "My One and Only," for which he won a Tony award in 1983. His choreography enlivens "The Will Rogers Follies" playing on Broadway. "Tommy Tune Tonite" goes on tour for four months starting in April.
