Chicken Montana

3 cups water 2 packages instant cream-of-chicken soup 2 packages instant cream-of-mushroom soup 3 cups instant white rice 2 cans boned chicken

Bring water to a boil and add soup mixes. Boil one minute. Stir in rice and remove from heat. Let stand seven minutes, then stir in chicken and serve. Makes 4 to 6 helpings.

It's easiest to make Chicken Montana over a portable camp stove, but you can also make it over a campfire. Let your mom or dad light the fire; you can help read the recipe and stir in the ingredients.
