20/20 (ABC, 10-11 p.m.): His fans call themselves ``dittoheads.'' He rants about ``feminazis'' and the scourge of liberalism. Barbara Walters interviews Rush Limbaugh, conservative radio talk-show host, whose program is broadcast on 600 stations and heard by millions. Politics, male-female relationships, the women's movement, and homosexuality are topics he discusses. * SATURDAY

Kids in the Crossfire: Violence in America (ABC, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., E.T.): Across the United States, juvenile crime is increasing. Younger and younger kids are carrying guns, and more are becoming victims of gun violence. It's not only happening in the inner cities but in suburbs and small towns as well. Peter Jennings moderates this live program from a Washington, D.C., high school where kids talk about what it's like to be caught in the crossfire. United States Attorney General Janet Reno and youths from around the country are to be included in the discussion, which will examine what can be done to make the environment safer.

Hollywood Gets MADD: (TBS, 5:35-6:05 p.m.): Film critics Roger Ebert and Gene Siskel host this special produced by Mothers Against Drunk Driving. It looks at the continuing tragedy of drinking and driving and how Hollywood's attitude has changed over the years. For decades, films portrayed drinking and driving as fun, or at least didn't send a message about the serious consequences. But changing public attitudes in the 1980s prompted Hollywood to take a more responsible view of the problem. The program incorporates scenes from popular movies with real-life stories of drunk-driving crash victims to deliver the message that it's no longer acceptable to drink and drive.
