* Washington (360), starts 1/15/95, covering current 206 area except for Seattle, Tacoma, and Everett metro areas

* Arizona (520), starts 3/19/95, covering all the state outside Phoenix metro area

* Illinois (area code unknown), starts 1995, covering part of the state now served by 708

* Other area codes projected to run out of telephone numbers by 1997:

(713) Texas, (214) Texas,

(404) Georgia, (305) Florida
