Plastic for postage

THE United States Postal Service will accept credit and debit cards for payment on postage and other products and services. The plan was approved Tuesday by the Postal Service's governing board. Seattle, Denver, and San Diego will be the first cities in a program that begins next April and will be national by 1996. The program was tested and continues in Dallas-Ft. Worth, Orlando, Fla., and Washington.
