LITTLE BIG LEAGUE (PG, Columbia TriStar Home Video). Although Billy Heywood (Luke Edwards) is only 12 years old when he inherits the Minnesota Twins from his grandfather, his tremendous baseball savvy makes him the perfect choice for an owner. So perfect, in fact, that he appoints himself the team's manager, too. Less than thrilled with their new coach, the players build up an impressive losing streak. But as the season progresses, both the team and Billy rediscover the fun at the heart of baseball. The spirited story will make viewers of all ages smile and laugh, and special appearances by some of today's major-league stars will delight baseball fans.
