* MILK MONEY -- (PG-13, Paramount Pictures). A strong cast, led by Melanie Griffith and Ed Harris, makes this picture look attractive, but it's hard to find what else might be appealing about this story of a prostitute and suburban widower. A cross between the plots of ''Pretty Woman'' and ''Sleepless in Seattle,'' ''Milk Money'' loses the charm of its predecessors in ridiculous situations and juvenile comedy. Several scenes that crudely portray children exploring sexuality may be offensive to some viewers.
