Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.

Traditional fan-dancers perform in a New Year's parade in Taipei, Taiwan, on Feb. 27. The Chinese lunar new year began Feb. 5 with the arrival of the Year of the Dragon. The fan dance is a nature dance dating back centuries. Most of the dancers represent flowers.
