President Clinton, speaking this week at a fund-raising dinner for Rep. Michael Forbes, (D) of New York. Forbes, as a Republican before switching parties last summer, had voted to impeach the president in 1998. Clinton was referring to Rep. Edolphus Towns, (D) of New York, while introducing other House members at the fund-raiser.
