US averages continue to climb

The white-hot real estate market is starting to cool, according to the National Association of Realtors. Higher interest rates, the group says, could slow the housing market in the second half of the year. The NAR predicts a slower rate of increase in home prices this year. Still it isn't expected to stop the steady rise of new and existing home prices.
