WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?
There are frivolous lawsuits, and then there's the 125-page gem filed by Chad Gabriel DeKoven, an inmate at Standish (Mich.) Maximum Security Facility. For starters, his petition demands a full pardon, peace in the Middle East, the return of all US troops based overseas within 90 days - and that he be treated as "Messiah-God." State Judge David Lawson dismissed it as "devoid of merit," but did concede that it was neatly typed.
