Rugrats: All Growed Up (Nickelodeon, 8-9 p.m.): The one-hour special marks the Rugrats' 10th anniversary on Nickelodeon. In this special episode, Tommy Pickles and his pals take a trip into the future.

Cover Wars (VH1, 9:30-10 p.m.): The new weekly music contest hosted by band leader Paul Shaffer features unknown bands who perform pop tunes - ranging from the Mamas and the Papas to Moby - on command. A revolving panel of judges that include stars like Kevin Bacon and Cyndi Lauper pick the winners.

Tuesday 7/24

Murder in Small Town X (Fox, 8:30-10 p.m.): This new reality series is a cross between "The Blair Witch Project" and dinner theater. Ten people are brought in to solve bloody "crimes" while viewers track the evidence and solve the murder.

Wednesday 7/25

Legacy (Cinemax, 7-8:30 p.m.): The Oscar-nominated documentary takes us through five years in the life of a poor African-American family in which a devastating tragedy becomes the catalyst for change. A grandmother, her two daughters, and a granddaughter face failure but find amazing solutions to their problems. A heartening and beautiful film.
