What's on TV

Sunday 4/28

Living with the Dead (CBS, 9-11 p.m. continues April 30): A psychic helps the police find a serial murderer of children. The best thing about this ghostly tale is Ted Danson's complex portrayal of an unwilling participant in the supernatural. Unfortunately, the producers want us to take the subject seriously. Taken with a grain of salt, it's an exciting thriller. Also stars Mary Steenburgen.

Blue's Clues: Meet Joe (Nickelodeon, 7-8:30 p.m.): The successful kids show comes to prime time to introduce the new human pal of the small animated dog, Blue. The combination of live action and animation teaches tiny ones about show and tell.

Tonight Show with Jay Leno: 10th Anniversary (10-11 p.m.): The special, highlighting 10 years of Jay's comedy, will be broadcast from the famous El Capitan theater in Hollywood, Calif.
