Summer Under the Stars: Humphrey Bogart (TCM, 8 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., check local listings):The great Bogie gets his own film festival tonight starting with everyone's favorite, "Casablanca." But younger film buffs may not have come across "Passage to Marseille," in which Devil Island convicts escape to fight the Nazis. "In a Lonely Place" finds Bogie, a hot-blooded screenwriter suspected of murder, trying to woo a girl who fears that temper of his. It's one of the great roles in the film-noir genre.

LazyTown (Nick Junior, 10:30-11 a.m.): Here's a unique kids' program - puppets, cartoon sets, and live actors combine in a show about a superhero who encourages children to exercise. Odd humor fits in well with the far-out look of the show and its goofy Euro-pop soundtrack.

POV: Every Mother's Son (PBS, check local listings): Most of the films in this series break through conventions of one sort or another. This time, the filmmakers address their audience directly, telling us why they were moved to tell this story. It's a compelling, if tragic, tale of three mothers who lost sons to what they view as unjustified police brutality. But these mothers turned sorrow into positive legal action and so their story is, finally, an uplifting one.

Word Wars (Discovery Times Channel, 8-10 p.m.): Scrabble may not sound too exciting to those of us who do not play the game, but some play the intellect-scouring game for a living. The champions who compete in tournaments and the streetwise pros who gather in parks and clubs are serious about it. This engrossing film takes us into the heart of the game, where we meet those who play for money or prestige.
