The ranking, made with the help of compensation experts Salary.com, takes into account average annual pay in the field ($80,500), growth prospects, stress level, ease of entry, flexibility, opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, and potential for advancement. Coming in second: college professors, who average 30 hours a week at work and spend 31 days on vacation. The nation's 10 best jobs, according to the Money/Salary.com survey:
