Dead Zone(USA Network, premières Sunday, June 18, 10 p.m. EDT) Before all those pretty women began talking to ghosts on the networks, Johnny Smith was seeing visions of both the past and future. One of the most successful dramas on basic cable, this franchise, originally based on the Stephen King novel, is back for the fifth and possibly final season. Too bad! The show combines all the fun of "24," with its convoluted plots involving powerful politicians and the end of the world, and the spooky goofiness of "Medium" and "Ghost Whisperer," as Johnny races to understand his visions in time to save humanity and, oh yes, his girlfriend. Grade: A–
