Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (PG-13)

Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, and Keira Knightley are all back on the high seas, careering around ever more exotic locales. In this extras-packed two-disc special edition, we find out more than we ever needed to know about a film based on a theme park ride. This isn't "The Lord of the Rings," folks, so the five hours' worth of featurettes about location scouting, steadicams, and the "real story" behind the Davy Jones mythology are somewhat over the top. No matter. There's always the film (and Depp) to make it worth your time. And of course, the promise of the next (and presumably final) film. Grade: B+
