Annika Fredrikson was with the Monitor in 2015 as a Rapid Response Intern.

She graduated in 2016 from Principia College with two B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science. Annika served for two years as the Editor-in-Chief of Principia’s student-run newspaper and is also a driver for the Principia solar car team.

In previous roles, Annika has served as the marketing and media coordinator for a Hong Kong-based textile company and as an image analysis research assistant at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.

Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.
