Bailey Bischoff is the Godfrey Sperling Jr. Fellow for the Monitor's Washington Bureau. A recent graduate of Principia College in Elsah, Ill., she received her degree in Political Science with a focus on international relations.

Besides being an active member of student government throughout her time at Principia, she fostered her love of travel by participating in multiple abroad opportunities, including studying global leadership in Geneva and art and philosophy in Greece and Italy. Native to Minnesota, Bailey enjoys spending her weekends exploring bookstores and museums.
