Jason Healey (@Jason_Healey) is a senior research scholar at Columbia University's SIPA and senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, focusing on international cooperation, competition, and conflict in cyberspace. He edited the first-ever history of cyberconflict, "A Fierce Domain: Cyber Conflict, 1986 to 2012," and coauthored the "Cyber Security Policy Guidebook." His ideas on cyber-risk and the dynamics of cyberconflict have been published by the Atlantic Council, the National Research Council, academic journals, and think tanks including the Aspen Strategy Group. Healey is also the president of the Cyber Conflict Studies Association.
