Editorial intern Jasper Davidoff is a recent graduate of Pomona College, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Claremont Colleges' newspaper, The Student Life. Originally from Illinois, he previously interned at Illinois Public Media and managed social media for the Evanston RoundTable nonprofit newsroom. 

Jasper is a crossword constructor whose puzzles have appeared in the Los Angeles Times and the Universal syndicate, as well as on his blog, Pocket SquaresHe enjoys reporting on culture, the built environment, public policy, and music.

Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.
