Millie Brigaud is an editorial intern at the Monitor and a recent graduate from William & Mary with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and French. Before joining the Monitor, Millie was a correspondent at Diplomatic Courier and an intern at Rue89 Strasbourg, a local investigative news outlet in Strasbourg, France. She is Franco-American, allowing her to bring a bicultural perspective to her work. Millie is also published in Ms. Magazine and by the Pulitzer Center.
When not reporting, Millie likes to run, weightlift, and hug trees. She’s also an avid cook. This fall, she will be starting a master's degree in Computational and Data Journalism at Cardiff University in Wales.
