Ure Ori Okike

Ure is a junior at Principia College in Elsah, Illinois, where she is an international student pursuing two majors in Journalism and Sustainable development. She is writer on Principia's newspaper, The Pilot. She likes to write about community building and engagement as well as points of community progress. She has served on her school's student government as the International Student representative. Ure is also a Photographer and has been taking Photos for four years. 

Ure's interest in Journalism stems from her passion for story telling and community building. She believes that the stories we tell inform our impression and the actions we take to make the world a better place. Ure lives in Abuja Nigeria, with her Parents and two sisters.
