Custer: Favor the Bold: A Soldier's Story, by D.A. Kinsley, BBS Publishing Co, 557 pp.

I just finished Custer by D.A. Kinsley. It’s a very interesting account of the life of Civil War hero and devoted husband George Armstrong Custer. Custer was both loved and hated – controversial, headstrong, intelligent, fearless, and fiercely loyal. Too bad he has been mostly remembered for his “last stand.”
