Bugaboo Donkey and 4 other high-end strollers

4. Vista, by UPPAbaby – $680

The detachable bassinet on UPPAbaby's Vista stroller can be a convenient place to pack a picnic when the baby's gotten too big for it.

Turns out, there's finally a single conveyance (aside from, say, a grocery cart) for your baby from the time she's a 10-pound infant to a 50-pound preschooler. The Vista stroller has two detachable carriers – a bassinet for baby, and a little seat to replace it with when she grows. It is designed with a higher than usual seat to minimize the distance between you and the baby.

Of course, for $680, you shouldn't expect anything less. When the baby outgrows the bassinet, you might want to hold onto the detachable carrier (which is lined with removable, washable fabric, by the way). It makes a pretty nifty picnic basket.
