Ron Wyden secured the declassification of two statements from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence that acknowledged the FISC had found some information gathering procedures were “unreasonable under the Fourth Amendment” and that the government had “circumvented the spirit” of FISA.
Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.
