Sandra Bullock took home a total $70 million after starring in “Gravity,” which earned seven Academy Awards. Bullock won the People’s Choice Award For Best Movie Actress. According to Forbes, the 50-year-old actress’s net worth is at $51 million.
In 2013, Bullock won the People’s Choice Award for Favorite Humanitarian for adopting a New Orleans charter school after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. She credited her work to the other volunteers: "That little clip that you saw does not even begin to scrape the surface of the amazing volunteers and humanitarians that I've come to love in New Orleans," she said at the time. "And I'm not at all being modest when I say I don't do anything compared to what they do on a daily basis. I am simply blessed to be able to do what I do because of what you allow me to do, and that is write a check and be a really good cheerleader and that's it."
She is involved in five charities, including the Red Cross, Partners in Health, and Tuesday’s Children. She also champions nine causes, such as disaster relief, family/parent support, and human rights.
