Over the hedge: What kind of pool is that?
Some time ago I was talking with a friend about an old property that I was thinking of buying. Right after I mentioned that it had a cesspool, I told her the county's assessment of the property's value.
Later, when we returned home, my seemingly puzzled young son asked, "What's an assessment pool?"
