The widow of a businessman gunned down outside a suburban Atlanta preschool is accused of helping orchestrate his death by conspiring with the gunman.
Andrea Sneiderman was charged Thursday with malice murder, perjury and other charges in the November 2010 slaying of her husband, Rusty.
Her attorneys are reiterating her innocence and promising a vigorous defense against what they described as "false accusations."
Her boss, Hemy Neuman, was convicted four months ago in the killing and sentenced to life in prison.
Thursday's indictment alleges the two were having an affair and that Andrea Sneiderman gave Neuman her husband's schedule so Neuman could kill him.
The Sneiderman family said Thursday's arrest brought no joy but called it "another important step in pursuit of justice for Rusty."
