As of Friday afternoon, Masters first round co-leader Rory McIlroy was still atop the leaderboard. The Northern Irishman made the turn at 10 under par.
K.J. Choi of South Korea shot a two-under 70 to finish the second round at seven under par.
Australia's Geoff Ogilvy, the 2006 US Open champion, fired a three-under 69 Friday and finds himself four shots back at six under for the tournament.
First round co-leader Alvaro Quiros stumbled a bit on Friday, recording a one-over 73. The Spaniard stands at six under through two rounds.
Then, there's a group of three golfers tied for fifth at five under par. They include former Masters champ Fred Couples, who shot a four-under par 68.
Other notables include defending Masters champ Phil Mickelson, who shot an even-par 72 Friday and remains at two under. Tiger Woods is still on the course and is at two under par after nine holes in his second round.
