Expect to hear 'Benjamin Button' often on Oscar night

Being nominated for a slew of Oscars doesn't guarantee winning most of them. But it often foreshadows a big night at the Academy Awards ceremonies. Certainly, the makers and cast of "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" hope that's the case this year, since the film about aging backward has been nominated in 13 different categories for Sunday's presentations, among them best picture. The movie that holds the record for the most nominations (17): "Titanic," which on its big night ended up with 11 gold-plated statuettes. It was judged the best picture, as were all but one of the dozen most-decorated movies in the Oscars' previous 80 years. The exception: "Cabaret," the classic musical starring Liza Minelli.
