6. Antiwar T-shirts

In 2007, Dan Frazier of Flagstaff, Ariz., began selling T-shirts that listed the names of over 3,000 US military personnel killed in Iraq, along with the words "Bush Lied." Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, and Arizona passed laws prohibiting using the names of military dead. Needless to say, this was great for Frazier's business, and Frazier continues to sell the shirts in all 50 states.
