One book on the rescue is already in the works. Jonathan Franklin, a contributor for The Guardian newspaper in the UK, has already started the first chapters of a book that is planned for release early next year. The Chilean government has also already announced that miner Victor Segovia, who chronicled their life underground, will write a book. Publishers all over have expressed interest in personal accounts from the miners, many of whom spoke of revelations about life while trapped underground as they emerged from the mine on Wednesday – the kind of thing that makes publishers salivate.
